Plan Check
  • Assistance with Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and Plan Check process to secure Building Permits.
  • Engagement with regulatory agencies and Municipal / Zoning Code and Building Code compliance.

  • Creative, cost effective and code-compliant solutions to plan check comments
Bidding & Value Engineering
  • Assistance with Bidding process including reviewing and evaluating GC bids, RFIs and any other clarifications
  • General Contractor Qualifications review
  • Assistance with Cost Estimates to optimize cost and performance without compromising quality
  • Review of alternative materials and/or methods to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
Construction Administration
  • Client representation at OAC meetings
  • General oversight during CA phase to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design intent, specifications, codes and contractual obligations.
  • Site Visits to observe work quality, workmanship and general progress
  • Field Observation Reports
  • Collaboration with Owner and GC to facilitate corrective actions for deficient or non-conforming work
